We work with each client in selecting the best design team members and then ensure that the design and construction are done on time and within budget. Construction phase services include weekly site visits, review of pay request, resolution of field conditions and quick processing of changes.

Renovations

On these types of projects an important aspect of developing a successful project is the time spent in obtaining current and reliable field data. Plans are sometimes not available and the engineering team must develop as-built plans.
