The firm of A. J. Sanchez Consulting Engineers, Inc. was founded in March 1988 to provide engineering design services in the areas of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing and fire protection.

The firm is a Florida Corporation and is registered with the State of Florida Board of Professional Engineers. The firm is certified by the state of Florida Department of Management Services as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) under the Hispanic American category. Similar certification has been received from other local government agencies including Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa.

From its inception, the mission of the firm is to meet its client's expectations of quality engineering design, meeting production schedules, close adherence to project budgets and active participation in the construction phase of the projects. As a member of the design and construction team, we strive to fulfill our obligations to the owners, architect and contractors on time and with spirit of cooperation.

During the last 20 years the firm has been successfully engaged in the design of over 3000 projects. Our design experience includes numerous types of buildings such as educational (primary, secondary and university), airport facilities, residential (low and high rise), health care (hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient and retirement), shopping centers, office buildings (high and low rise), data processing centers, warehouse/industrial facilities, pharmaceutical plants, telephone switching centers and others.
